Call Back

United Telecoms now offers Call Back, a value-added VoIP service that allows organisations to carry the cost of outgoing calls for employees who are out of the office or on the road and who need to call the office regularly.

Call Back makes use of innovative VoIP technologies to recognise the number of the inbound call which then disconnects the call and dials the employee back, connecting them to the office. The VoIP call will be at no cost to the employee, and instead charged to the organisation’s account at United Telecoms’ reduced call rates.

Hosted Call Recording

In partnership with ECN, United Telecoms offers South Africa’s first cloud based, compliant hosted call recording VoIP service. A secure voice logging and call recording solution ideal for recording VoIP calls for training, security or compliance or dispute resolution. The cloud solution which requires no additional hardware, provides unlimited call storage with each VoIP call being secured and encrypted at source, ensuring 100% compliance.

This cutting-edge hosted VoIP call recording solution is compatible with mobiles and can be customised to suite your business’s requirements and size, catering for one office with a few extensions or a nationwide enterprise with various branches.

Virtual Fax

Virtual Fax is the first fax solution of its kind in South Africa. For organisation’s who only have one phone line and do not require a PABX system, the Mobile SIP App service is perfect for you. This service allows you take your business number with you when you are on the go by turning your mobile phone into an office extension.

By doing this you are able to use your office number when you are in fact out of the office. The App displays your organisations caller ID when making outbound calls and all incoming calls to your office number are received through the App and charged at United Telecoms’ reduced call rates.

Online Telephone Management System

United Telecoms offers an online Telephone Management System (TMS) free of charge with our United Voice VoIP offering. The TMS is accessed via a user friendly, web-based interface and provides clients with real time voice account information and cost reporting all the way down to extension level.

The TMS provides various reports from billing, savings, invoicing and diagnostics to call history reports. It is the perfect system to give our clients full control of their VoIP call traffic and assist in monitoring and managing their organisation’s telephony costs.
