The UVC Hosted PBX system integrates with Microsoft Teams allowing organisations the ability to enhance productivity via seamless unified voice and video communications.
Organisations are able to break out of Microsoft Teams and into the local PSTN network to make geographic landline and mobile calls via the Microsoft Teams to UVC integration. With click-to-dial, users are able to shift from PC to call in seconds. In addition, the UVC system updates the status of users on Microsoft Teams, so that users who are on a call are shown as unavailable and are indicated as available once the call is ended.
